Erasmus+ experience events for students - a new tradition at RVVĢ

During the second semester of each school year, the project participants - students from 8th, 10th and 11th grades - talk about the project to their peers - applicants for future projects.

Meetings are organised for Year 7 and Year 9 students. To share the experience of Erasmus+ mobility projects and to talk about the learning and cultural activities of the mobility. The students use presentations and videos to visualise their narratives and prepare Kahoots to activate what they hear and broaden their horizons. Year 10 students get an insight into the project during the Europe Day event, when participants from the secondary phase share their experiences and benefits.

Erasmus+ Inspiration stop

RVVG pupils Nikola Elīna Sauja (12.EU) and Aleksandra Neimane (11.VI) on 4 March 2023 participated in VIAA Inspiration Stop programme at the Skola 2023 exhibition, where they talked about their Erasmus+ long-term mobility experience in Xanten (Germany) and inspired other young people to use this Erasmus+ opportunity, because learning in German or English, study excursions, everyday life in a host family, communication with young people, travelling and getting to know the culture - these are enduring values that motivate even more to learn foreign languages, become more active in social life and move towards their goals.
